Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of getsmartpromo.com. By accessing this site you agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part, do not use the site.
1. What GetSmartPromo is
GetSmartPromo is an editorial atlas of cross-border company-formation platforms and jurisdictions. We publish structured comparisons, pricing data (verified periodically from public pricing pages), and eligibility notes for global founders.
We are not a law firm, tax advisor, accountant, or formation agent. We do not file documents on your behalf, hold client funds, or represent you in any legal proceeding.
2. No professional advice
All content on this site — including tax notes, jurisdictional summaries, comparison verdicts, and FAQ answers — is informational only. It does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. Rules change; edge cases exist; enforcement varies by taxpayer status.
Before acting on anything you read here, consult a licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction. A single hour with a qualified CPA or attorney is cheaper than a $25,000 Form 5472 penalty.
3. Accuracy & currency of data
Pricing data is scraped from public pricing pages or entered manually from published documentation. We aim to refresh at least weekly, but platforms occasionally change pricing without notice. The "Verified [month year]" badge on each page shows the last confirmed check.
If you spot outdated or incorrect information, email hello@getsmartpromo.com and we will update within 48 hours.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links to formation platforms are affiliate links. If you sign up through them, we may earn a referral fee. This does not increase what you pay and does not change our editorial verdicts — see the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSmartPromo and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including any decision you make based on published content.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Turkey). Any dispute must be brought in the courts of Istanbul.
7. Changes
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last revised" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
